Is this trip free?

No — these journeys are booked at cost, from $1,695 per person. What IS free is our promise: Beckah adds nothing on top.

Can I be sponsored?

Sponsored seats are few and reverts come first. Apply on our sponsorship page and our team will review it with dignity, in shaa Allah.

Where does my donation go?

100% to a pilgrim's journey — flights, hotel, transport. Zakat gifts are tracked separately and directed only to eligible recipients.

For many Muslims — especially new Muslims — standing before the Kaaba feels like a distant dream. The Umrah Fund exists to close that distance. We help cover the cost of travel, accommodation, and guidance so that those of limited means can answer the call to the House of Allah.

What the fund supports

  • Travel and visa costs for selected recipients
  • Accommodation and group logistics in the Haramain
  • Preparation and accompaniment, so first-time pilgrims feel supported

2026 group Umrah departures

We have organized group Umrah journeys for the community, and the Fund helps eligible reverts and low-income Muslims join them:

  • October: departing Oct 16, returning Oct 25
  • November: departing Nov 19–20, returning Nov 28–29
  • December break: Dec 21 – Dec 30

Each journey includes 4 nights in Madinah and 4 nights in Makkah at quality hotels (breakfast included), the US tourist visa, ground transport, ihram, guided ziyarah tours, and the Makkah–Madinah train transfer. (Land package; airfare is arranged separately.) Travel is operated by our trusted travel partner, Dyfana.

Sponsor a pilgrim who could never otherwise go

Our first priority is reverts — people who came to Islam later in life and may never get the chance to stand before the Kaaba unless someone opens the door for them. Your gift can sponsor part or all of a journey, and you share the reward of every tawaf they make, in shaa Allah.

A full land package runs about $1,695–$2,595 per person depending on the month and room sharing — so that is what it costs to send one pilgrim.

Zakat-eligible: because so many of those we send are new Muslims, your Zakat can fund a revert's Umrah and is accepted here.

Two ways to be part of this journey

1. Sponsor a pilgrim. Give a full journey or share one with others (see the sponsorship options below). Your gift sends someone who could never go on their own — and you share in the reward of every step they take, in shaa Allah.

2. Come with us yourself. The group is open to travelers too. Book your own place at cost — the same land package, the same hotels, the same guided journey — and travel alongside the pilgrims the community sponsored. Many sponsors choose both: they book their own trip and sponsor someone else's.

To book your place, use the booking form — it takes about two minutes, and the licensed travel agency contacts you directly to confirm and arrange payment, in shaa Allah.

100% goes to the journey

Beckah Foundation takes nothing from these trips. We do not profit — payment is passed directly to the travel company that arranges the packages. The Fund simply connects generous sponsors with those in need, and organizes the group so no one travels alone.

To sponsor a pilgrim, use the gift options below. To request the Fund's help, apply on the sponsorship page — every application is read with care. To join a journey yourself, use the booking form.

Why it matters

There are few gifts greater than enabling someone's first Umrah. For a revert, it can be the moment a new life in Islam becomes unforgettable and whole.

Every contribution brings someone one step closer to Mecca.
