Prefer a direct download?
The signed APK remains available for existing testers and phones without Google Play. Most people should install from Google Play — updates arrive automatically.

Tap "Join the Android beta" above and let the file finish downloading, then open it.

Android may warn "For your security…" — tap Settings and turn on "Allow from this source." You only do this once.
