Terms of Service

By using Athany by Beckah, you agree to these terms. Athany by Beckah is provided by Beckah Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, free of charge.

Using the app

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish — including, for a muathin, masjid name, prayer and iqama times, announcements, and the live adhan you broadcast.
• Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, and no impersonating a masjid or muathin you are not authorized to represent.
• Prayer times are calculated from your location using standard methods and are provided for convenience; please follow your local masjid for authoritative timings.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Content you broadcast or post

You retain ownership of content you provide, and you grant Beckah Foundation the permission needed to display and transmit it within the service (e.g. showing your masjid display and relaying your live adhan to listeners).

Availability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We are not liable for missed prayers, notifications, or any reliance on times or audio delivered through the app.

Ownership & intellectual property

Athany by Beckah — including its idea, design, code, artwork, and content — is the exclusive property of the Beckah Foundation. © 2026 Beckah Foundation, all rights reserved. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
