Take a Book, Give a Book
A community book exchange that keeps beneficial Islamic knowledge circulating freely.
- Who it serves
- Local communities, masjids, and new Muslims
- Impact
- Hundreds of books rehomed into the hands of readers who need them
Knowledge should never sit idle on a shelf. Take a Book, Give a Book is a simple, joyful exchange: donate a book you've finished, take one you'd like to read. Beneficial works — Quran, seerah, fiqh, and gentle introductions to Islam — keep moving through the community instead of gathering dust.
How it works
- Drop off books you no longer need
- Browse and take what benefits you, free of charge
- Surplus stock is shared with masjids, prisons, and new Muslims
Why it matters
For many reverts and seekers, a single well-chosen book is a first door into the deen. This program keeps that door open for everyone, at no cost — funded entirely by the generosity of the community.
Support helps us restock sought-after titles and deliver books where they're needed most.
